Get into your company's organization: accept an invitation, join through your email domain, or fix an invitation that was refused.

## If your company isn't an Anchorage client yet

Agentic Banking is available to Anchorage clients. If your company isn't one yet, email `agentic@anchorage.com` and we'll open an account for you. If it is, ask your admin to invite you.

## Accept an invitation

Your first sign-in lands you on the organization picker, which lists every organization you can enter. Accept a pending invitation there. Once you belong to one organization, signing in takes you straight to it. If you belong to more than one, you pick on the organization picker.

A later invitation that you can accept now shows as a count on your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Open the menu and choose **Pending invitations** to accept it. An invitation you can't accept yet stays on the organization picker with the reason.

## Join an organization open to your email domain

An organization is open to your email domain when it admits anyone with an address at that domain. If one matches an address you have verified, it appears under **Organizations you can join** with a **Join** button. You join at the standard member role, so accept an invitation instead when someone invited you as an admin.

Look for it on the organization picker when you have no organization yet, and on **Settings** once you do. An organization that opens up after your first sign-in shows up there without your having to sign in again.

## If accepting is refused

An organization with mainnet access admits only members whose identity Anchorage has verified. If accepting an invitation is refused because no verified identity is linked, ask your organization's admin to contact Anchorage. Your invitation stays open while they do. If joining an organization open to your email domain is refused for the same reason, ask its admin to contact Anchorage.

## Setup incomplete

An organization is ready to use from the moment Anchorage creates it, so there is no activation step between your invitation and your first sign-in. If an organization's setup did not finish, you can't accept its invitation until Anchorage completes the setup. Until then the invitation waits on your pending invitations marked **Setup incomplete**. If another of your invitations or memberships is for an active organization, you can sign in to that one in the meantime.
