# Wire deposit FAQs for Anchorage Digital Singapore

> Answer common questions about receiving USD wires at Anchorage Digital Singapore.

  <Accordion title="Can I receive domestic US wires or ACH?">
    No. ADS wallets have no US account or routing number, so Fedwire and ACH payments can't reach them. Senders must send an international USD wire over SWIFT.

  <Accordion title="Why can't I see my wire instructions yet?">
    Wire instructions take about 30 minutes to become available after you create the wallet while Standard Chartered sets up your named virtual account. If they still aren't available after an hour, contact Anchorage Digital Support or your relationship manager.

  <Accordion title="Do senders need to include a memo?">
    No. The account is in your organization's name, so incoming wires are credited to your wallet automatically.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I receive currencies other than USD?">
    No. ADS wallets hold USD only. Other currencies, including SGD, aren't supported today.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I move USD between ADS and Anchorage Digital Bank?">
    Not directly. To send USD to an organization at the other entity, send a wire to that organization's USD wallet wire instructions.
