# Creating a USD wallet at ADS

> Create a USD wallet as an Anchorage Digital Singapore client and get its wire instructions.

Before you can receive or send USD at Anchorage Digital Singapore (ADS), create a USD wallet in your vault. As with Anchorage Digital Bank, each vault can hold one USD wallet.

## Create the wallet

Go to the desired vault, select **Deposit**, then select **USD** as the asset type. Creating the wallet doesn't require quorum or Anchorage Digital approval.

The wallet appears in your vault right away, but its wire instructions take about 30 minutes to become available. During that time, Standard Chartered sets up a **named virtual account** for the wallet—an account number in your organization's own name under the ADS account at Standard Chartered.

If you open the deposit instructions before setup finishes, you'll see a message that the wallet is still being set up. Come back after 30 minutes.

  If your wire instructions still aren't available an hour after you created the wallet, contact Anchorage Digital Support or your relationship manager.
