# Wire withdrawal FAQs for Anchorage Digital Bank

> Answer common questions about sending USD wires from Anchorage Digital Bank.

    5:00 PM ET for BNY and Customers Bank, and 3:00 PM ET for Cross River Bank. Requests submitted after these times are processed on a best-effort basis.

    Check your wire instructions or contact your relationship manager.

  <Accordion title="When should I add an intermediary bank?">
    Only when the receiving bank's wire instructions name one. Otherwise, leave it blank.

    Yes. A memo saved on the trusted destination pre-populates the withdrawal, and you can still edit it before you submit.

    An administrator with trusted destination management permissions. Biometric approval on iOS is required.
