# Stablecoin Settlement Account AML questionnaire

> Download and complete the AML questionnaire required to open a Stablecoin Settlement Account with Anchorage Digital Bank.

If you're opening a Stablecoin Settlement Account with Anchorage Digital Bank (ADB), your application asks for a dedicated anti-money laundering (AML) questionnaire. It's separate from the general ADB and ADS questionnaires on the [AML program](https://docs.anchorage.com/knowledge-base/platform/users/web-dashboard/account-verification/aml-program.md) page, so use the template on this page instead.

## Complete the questionnaire

Download the template, complete it, and upload the completed file to the question that asks for it in your application.
