How to update
Porto updates are typically installed automatically. To check your version:1
Open settings
From the home screen, tap Settings.

Go to about
Scroll to the bottom and tap About or App info.

Check version
You’ll see your current Porto version and when it was last updated.

Update if available
If an update is available, you’ll see an Update button. Tap it to install the latest version.
Reporting issues
If you encounter a bug or issue:- Note the version — Check your current Porto version (Settings > About)
- Document the issue — Write down exactly what happened, what you were trying to do
- Include steps to reproduce — How can someone else recreate the problem?
- Provide details — Your device type (iPhone, iPad), iOS version, network type (Wi-Fi or mobile)
- Contact support — Reach out to your account manager or Porto support team
Security updates
We release security updates as needed outside the regular release cycle. Security updates are important and should be installed immediately.- Critical security issues — Deployed within 24 hours
- High-severity issues — Deployed within 48-72 hours
- Medium-severity issues — Included in next regular release
