Introduction
Solana is a layer-1 blockchain designed to host decentralized applications. The network is secured using proof-of-stake consensus, and Solana’s native token, SOL, allows token holders to collect rewards for helping secure the network. How to stake SOL

Navigate to the wallet
Tap the vault and select the SOL wallet you would like to stake from.

Initiate staking
Tap Stake and proceed to review and accept the disclosures.

Enter validator and amount
Enter the validator address with which you would like to stake, then enter the amount you would like to stake.

Submit for approval
Tap Review, add a comment (optional), and follow the prompts to review and approve the operation.
Solana staking rewards
When you stake your SOL, the protocol automatically re-stakes your rewards. Rewards are distributed every epoch—approximately two-day periods—and will be added to your staking balance.How to unstake SOL

Navigate to the wallet
Go to the wallet screen and tap View details.

Select the validator
Select the validator from which you would like to unstake, then tap Unstake.

Review the unstake amount
The wallet’s entire staked balance with that validator will be unstaked. Review the amount of tokens to be unstaked.

Submit for approval
Tap Review, add a comment (optional), and follow the prompts to review and approve the operation.
